NOT INCLUDED IN QUOTATION PRICES
Costs of passports or visas; excess baggage charges; travel insurance; airfares and airport departure taxes (unless explicitly stated); sightseeing, game drives or meals not listed in the itinerary; personal expenses such as beverages, (other than bottled water as noted in Tour Inclusions), laundry, communication charges, and gratuities.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
A deposit of 35% of the tour cost is required on time of confirming booking and the balance not later than 45 days before commencement of the safari tour. Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than 30 days before the tour begins. Not withstanding any prior confirmation of arrangements, the right is reserved not to execute tours if payment has not been received in accordance with foregoing. Accepted methods of payments are money order, wire transfer or bank draft.

Booking will be considered confirmed upon receiving from the client(s) the deposit of 35% of travel cost. Balance payments can be made on arrival for only camping safaris and mountain climbing.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received by Global Connection Tours and Safaris 90 days or more prior to departure are subject to a 10% of the total retail tour rate cancellation penalty; cancellations received 89-60 days prior to departure are subject to a penalty of 30% of the total retail tour rate; 59-30 days is 50% of the tour rate. Cancellations received 29 days or less are subject to forfeiture of 100% of the entire retail tour rate. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

GUEST REPRESENTATION & CONSENT
The person making a booking with Global Connection Tours and Safaris warrants that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of all other persons included in such a booking.

The payment of the deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes a consent by all guests covered by that payment to all provisions of the Terms and Conditions contained herein whether the guest has signed the contract or not.

PARTICIPTATION
Persons not fit for long trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.

ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
Global Connection Tours and Safaris has the right to alter or modify the itinerary of any tour, if air schedule or surface transportation changes, security matters and/or events beyond its control make such alterations necessary.

SPECIFIC ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Global Connection Tours and Safaris control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Specific requests such as connecting or adjacent rooms, smoking or non-smoking rooms and special dietary need should be advised at the time of booking. Please be advised that every effort will be made to secure your special request; however, they can not be guaranteed.

BAGGAGE
Baggage and personal effects are at owners risk throughout the tour. Luggage weight restrictions on some Domestic flights may apply; details will be provided on your itinerary.

DEPARTURES,  DATES & PRICES
Our tours are scheduled to operate throughout the year. Prices shown herein are based on tariffs, exchange rates and airfares. Global Connection Tours and Safaris reserves the right to alter prices quoted should inflation, costs of fuel, labour or material, air fares or foreign exchange rates change.

CLAIMS & REFUNDS
Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not made for any missed tour services. There will not be any refund if you cancel the safari arrangement that is in progress. Please see our Limits on Responsibility. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 45 days of the termination of the tour and be accompanied by supporting statement from the Tour Operating Company verifying the claim.

GLOBAL CONNECTION TOURS AND SAFARIS RESPONSIBILITY                                                                                     

Except for our Safari Vehicles, Global Connection Tours and Safaris, its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns (collectively Global Connection Tours and Safaris), does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, local ground or safari operators, including, without limitation, various entities which may be affiliated with Global Connection Tours and Safaris and/or which may utilize the Global Connection Tours and Safaris name, guides, food and drink service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, Global Connection Tours and Safaris is not responsible for any negligent or wilful act or failure to act of any person or entity it does not own or control, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control.

In addition and without limitation, Global Connection Tours and Safaris is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, disease, illness, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labour activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation.

RISKS
There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here. These include, but are not limited to, risks of white water rafting, kayaking and rafting (for example dangers of rapidly moving water, rocks and other submerged objects, hypothermia, etc), horseback riding, (for example, unpredictable behaviour by the horses, being spooked, etc) hiking, climbing mountains (for example, rock slides, falling stones, etc), walking safaris, downhill or cross country skiing, (for example, equipment failures, ice or other trail obstructions) and in all trips dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations in the case of a medical emergency. Traveller assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.

ANY PAYMENT TO GLOBAL CONNECTION TOURS AND SAFARIS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREIN
